Returns Policy

Incorrect Items Received

All orders are processed by us personally so this would be a very rare occurrence. Please contact us immediately. We cannot process any returns on used / opened items.

Change of Mind / Incorrect Item Purchased
A return for store credit on some items may be offered. Items must be received in an unused and unopened condition with relevant seals intact and proof of purchase. We do not provide refunds for change of mind returns.

We will evaluate any returns before processing.  Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer. We reserve the right to refuse a return/refund if products are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
